John D. Mercer and Associates, Inc. is a medium-sized Consulting Engineering Firm started in 1980, with a primary office located at 118 East Main Street in Edna, Texas. The Firm was founded with the intent of providing professional design services to governmental agencies, and communities along the Central Gulf Coast and South Central portions of Texas. For almost 29 years, the firm has been successfully completing projects through the use of sound professional judgment, applicable principle of engineering and use of current technology.
In October of 2006, an office was opened in Galveston to provide services to our clients in the Galveston County area and is located at 7002A Harborside Drive. |
